James Todd – Lunchtime Organ Recital

On Wednesday 13 November at 1 pm,  we greatly enjoyed our last lunchtime recital before breaking up for Christmas.

James Todd on his third visit to the Cathedral delighted a large and very appreciative audience with a marvellous programme of music.

Although some of the pieces were probably new to us, we were entranced by the very impressive technique and sheer skill demonstrated by James. The Cathedral organ seemed to be working at its best with a great dynamic range.

We hope that James will grace us with his presence at some time in the future, when once again we will be thrilled by his superbly powerful skills.
