Nordic Tales album launch
From Emmanuel Bach :
I am hugely excited about the forthcoming release of my new album Nordic Tales, with pianist Jenny Stern, devoted to music by Nordic composers spanning three centuries.

 

Produced by Willowhayne Records, the CD  features music by Grieg, Rautavaara, Abrahamsen and Sibelius.

 

I would love to invite you to the launch recital on Sunday 17 November at 6pm in the Music Room of the elegant Burgh House in Hampstead, London.

It is a 5 minute walk from Hampsted Underground Dtation (Northern Line) and walking distance from a bus stop. There is step-free access to the Music Room

 

 

Burgh House is a Grade I listed Queen Anne building, with a beautiful and intimate Music Room. There is a paying bar, open from 17.30-19.30. Our programme will begin with Beethoven’s nature-inspired Sonata No.10 in G for Piano and Violin Op.96, and will continue the thread of the natural world with Grieg’s beautiful Sonata No.2 in G for Violin and Piano Op.13, followed by music by Rautavaara, Abrahamsen and Sibelius.
